As a general internal benchmark, we work with a reference rate of 45 EUR per hour, but most projects are quoted as fixed packages based on the actual workload and strategic depth required. Every project receives a clear and tailored estimate before we begin.

Because no two brands are the same. A startup launching its first product has very different needs compared to an established company going through a strategic rebrand. The pricing reflects the scope and complexity of the work, not just visible outputs. We prefer building accurate proposals rather than offering artificial flat rates.

After reviewing the brief, we come back with a proposal. Once approved, a 50 percent advance payment is required and we begin the project. From there, we work in clearly defined stages with feedback sessions at key milestones. Each client receives a customized explanation of the exact steps involved in their specific project, along with a clear timeline, so expectations and deadlines are transparent from the beginning.
